Please note that Crown Properties, Inc. DOES NOT accept cash payments! It is in each tenant's contract that we do not accept cash, yet many tenants have continued to attempt paying their rent in cash.  Please ONLY bring in cashier's check, money orders, or personal checks.  Your payment WILL be denied if cash, and if it is not recieved in money order or check form before the 5th of the month, you WILL recieve a late fee.

Crown Properties, Inc. will be closing early Friday, April 2nd, in observance of Good Friday, but we will be open Saturday, April 3rd, from 9:30am - 12:30pm.  For emergencies, you can contact your Property Manager on his or her mobile device. Rent payments will be considered late and will incur a $75 late fee if not recieved before Monday, April 5th.  Any payments made after the 10th of the month will gain another $75 fee.  We do have a secure drop box on the front door, where payments can be dropped off over the weekend.  Payments in the dropbox when we open on Monday will not be considered late. (Please only place through the slot in the door to the left of our "Closed" sign, do NOT place in the red "Residential Listings" box or try to slide it under any of the other doors, as we cannot and will not guarentee that they will be safe in those areas.)  Thank you and have a wonderful, safe Easter!

Our mail has frequently not been arriving at our location.  Please send all mail, rent checks, etc. to our P.O. Box to ensure their speedy and safe arrival to us!
